Boracay Beach, Weather Information
Boracay beach lies between the Sibuyan and Sulu Seas, with large expanses of open water in both direction. The two predominant weather patterns at these latitudes bring cooler, drier weather from October to April and warmer, wetter weather from May to September. A short period of confused weather, that combined the dry and the wet, separates each change of predominant weather pattern.
Boracay weather is ideal for all water sports and especially those that require wind, e.g. kiteboarding, sailing and windsurfing. Because of the North-South orientation of Boracay Island and the seasonal East-West or West-East wind direction, throughout the year one Boracay beach or the other always offers excellent kiteboarding and windsurfing.
Overall, Boracay weather is almost always great weather for kiteboarding, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, kayaking, wakebaording, water skiing, jet skiing, hiking and nature tours.
