Why, in the all new NAIA Terminal 3 did I nearly missed my flight?
Because I was having coffee in the departure restaurant area of NAIA Terminal 3 (not the check-in restaurant area but the checked-in and passed immigration and customs and security area) and the loud speaker system is not working properly. I looked my time and found I had only ten minutes to go and rushed to the gate to find that they had been looking for me. When I asked the boarding staff they said "it's been a long time problem"
Why can't the management of NAIA Terminal 3 change the speakers if it is a long time problem?
Best advice to all is get your coffee and then go straight to your boarding gate at NAIA Terminal 3 where the loudspeakers are very clear and loud, although unnecessary at the boarding gate. In the old Domestic Terminal and the Centennial Terminal the loudspeakers are not a problem so why in Terminal 3?
