For those attending the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Festival, traveling by bus, there are at least two viable options.

To get to Clark Field / Angeles City by public bus you can take the Victory Liner from Pasay City and from bus stops along EDSA. The first bus leaves the Victory Liner Pasay terminal at 03:20 and is followed every 40 minutes throughout the day. This bus actually goes to Dau, which is about ten minutes by tricycle or jeep from Clark Field / Angeles City.

Alternatively, you can take the Fly The Bus service from the Swagman Hotel Manila four times a day starting at 08:00.

Thanks for the How To Get To Clark Field information. I used it this morning to get to the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta via the 03:20 Victory Liner from Pasay City. After getting off the Victory Liner at Dau I walked 100 meters to the MacArthur Highway and took a jeep to the Clark Field Main Gate P7.00 and then a jeep (signposted "ACF") to the hot air balloon display area P8.00

I arrived as dawn breaks over Clark Field and the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, just before the hot air balloons were beginning their inflation process, about 45 minutes before lift-off - a spectacle of colourful proportion. Thus started a day of skydiving, paragliding, ultralight flying, aerobatics and a whole bunch of other great things to do on Clark Field.
