There is now an air-conditioned bus service to Subic Bay from Manila.

The Victory Liner bus service now operates an air conditioned bus service to Subic Bay Freeport from its Cubao bus terminal. The first bus service is at 05:40 (5.40am) and arrives in Subic Bay Freeport a little after 08:00 (8.00am). I was in Subic Bay Freeport near the Main Gate on Saturday and saw the bus arrive at 08:10 (8.10am)

The Victory Lines to Subic Bay travels via Dau and uses both the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) and the Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX).

Finally it is possible to travel to Subic Bay for the day or for a weekend without having a 5-hour journey in both directions.

Victory Liner now offers a direct to Subic Bay Freeport service from its Pasay depot along EDSA, near Taft.

The Victory Liner direct to Subic Bay Freeport leaves the Pasay depot at 08:00hrs (8.00am) and arrives in the Freeport around 11.:15 hrs (11.15am); 3 hours 15 minutes average travel time.

Also, from Victory Liner Cubao depot there are now five buses a day direct to Subic Bay Freeport: at 05:40, 07:30, 11:30, 14:30 and 17:30
